Stayed for family visiting. The hotel restaurant was non-existent but the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It is a good location close to downtown Tarrytown with plenty of restaurants to select.

Husband and I stayed one night to attend a Yankee game. It was more convenient to stay there and hop the train to the stadium and back. We were impressed with how hard everyone was working to keep the hotel extremely clean. The complementary breakfast was very good too!

We did have an issue with one of our room refrigerators. We addressed with the staff but it was never resolved

Front desk staff was efficient, though not very friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean. We were located directly next to the elevator and were initially concerned about noise, but did not hear the elevator at all. The room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Parking was ample and the breakfast bar had a well-stocked, good variety of food.
Shopped around quite a bit for hotels along route and would definitely stay at SpringHill Suites in Tarrytown again

I had to change to 3 different rooms during my stay. The A/C was not working in the first room and the A/C vents were black with dirt. Second room was below street level and work was being done on the street, the metal door connecting to the room next to mine was vibrating and making a non-stop noise at night and I had to move. Additionally, that room had burnt marks in the carpet, the toilet didn't flush unless you hold the handle down for at least 10 seconds, and the sink stopper was always down so the water would not drain. Also, the wifi on the first floor room was useless.

Room 428 was a nice layout and view of the woods very peaceful. The fan in shower did not work and the closet door was broken. Otherwis it was nice stay, staff very nice

Our room smelled like lysol but there were some mystery hairs in the shower. Room was very spacious. Check in staff was kind. The lobby bar was closed, no sign or reason why. Someone from the front desk was behind the bar and a man asked for a drink and she responded by saying “we aren’t getting into that tonight” and walked away. I though it was rude. There were 3-4 people on the front desk at 7pm didn’t understand why they couldn’t open a beer for this man when the had bud light in the hotel “store”

Newly remodeled property , very nice and clean, room had a fridge microwave mini kitchen, sofa bed was newer and clean my teen daughter had no complaints,has a good complimentary breakfast great value for the money. It’s a 5-10 min drive to get to the local area activities , but not a big deal , Only negative :the room has a very noisy air conditioning unit, and the pool will be shut down soon because of a new city ordinance .
